Oneka: Clean Beauty Rooted in Regeneration
Oneka is redefining personal care through regenerative farming and plant-based formulations that respect both humans and the planet. Oneka is so much more than a personal care brand. It is the story of a couple, a farm, and a vision of beauty that regenerates the earth and elevates human lives.

From Unease to Action
The story of Oneka began with a sense of frustration. Philippe saw corporations profiting while harming people’s health and damaging the environment. Products were being sold that weren’t good for humans or the earth, yet companies were thriving.
“I saw companies making billions in profit while damaging the earth and people’s health. That kind of extractive capitalism never sat right with me.”
– Philippe, Co-Founder of Oneka
This realization sparked a mission to create a different kind of business—one that would nourish people and regenerate the environment.
Take Imperfect Action
Simply but surely, there must be a more natural way.
Before starting Oneka, Stacey had been suffering from eczema for over 20 years, and Philippe had been allergic to synthetic fragrances since childhood. For two life-enthusiasts, this wasn’t just about building a business—it was about helping people feel better in their own skin, literally, by offering an alternative to conventional personal care products and bringing their desire for positive change to life.
When the opportunity arose to co-create natural hair and body care formulations, Philippe and Stacey chose to act—despite having no background in chemistry, branding, or distribution.
“Imperfect action leads to impact.” – Philippe, Co-Founder of Oneka
Instead of waiting for certainty, they launched Oneka and learned by doing. Along the way, they refined formulations, built a regenerative farm to supply ingredients, and embraced a mindset of progress over perfection. As Philippe reflects, “Tony Robbins says the lowest standard of all is perfection—because it doesn’t exist.”
Oneka’s story is proof that meaningful impact comes not from flawless strategies, but from the courage to start and evolve.
Beauty Grown From the Land
Oneka’s journey eventually led back to Philippe’s family farm. Herbs and plants cultivated through regenerative and organic practices became the foundation of their products.
For Philippe, the real magic lies not only in clean ingredients, but in the experiences they create:
“Our greatest pride is being able to take people on an emotional journey with plants—not synthetic fragrance.”
It is beauty that heals, both for the individual and for the environment.

The Power of Partnership
Prevents Plastic Waste
Oneka already minimizes waste across its operations, and for the plastic used in packaging, the company goes beyond plastic net-zero – removing twice as much plastic from the environment as used in their products and 5 bottles per newsletter sign-up.
Creates Social Impact
Collaboration with Plastic Bank also uplifts people. During a visit to Bali, Philippe and Stacey saw the impact firsthand at collection branches—meeting community members whose lives were transformed by the income, tools, and opportunities provided through plastic collection.

Strengthens Customer Connection
Plastic Bank helps Oneka link every purchase to traceable impact, a product benefit that has been especially valuable in conversations with resellers. This connection builds trust with customers and positions Oneka as a brand delivering measurable change. For Philippe, the value is clear: “You’re preventing pollution, you’re elevating lives, and you’re making it easier for us to share that story. It’s genius.”
Advice for Individuals
Philippe’s message to individuals overwhelmed by the state of the planet is one of encouragement and balance:
“Find the sweet spot where you’re contributing but also living your life with joy. That’s when we’re most powerful—when we’re happy, expanded, and contagious with our energy.”
Philippe
He believes guilt and perfectionism keep people from moving forward. Individuals should take small, meaningful steps and trust that those choices, when combined with others, become part of a much larger movement.
Plastic Bank shows this clearly: your contribution, whether a few hundred or a few thousand bottles prevented, doesn’t stand alone. It becomes part of the collective total, over 8 billion bottles, and a reminder that you are part of something bigger.
Looking Ahead
With plans to expand in the coming years, the company is committed to scaling intentionally—always rooted in the health of people and the planet.
Looking forward, Oneka also sees an opportunity to make even greater use of Plastic Bank’s marketing assets with its reseller network. By simplifying communication and equipping partners with ready-to-use materials, the company aims to share its impact story more widely and empower more retailers to join the movement.
